Sheriff sales are sales on foreclosed properties. Sales are held at the date and time set on the Sheriff's Levy Form. They usually start at 1:00pm in the lobby of the Hardin County Law Enforcement Center, 1116 14th Avenue, Eldora, Iowa.

The Sheriff's Office cannot guarantee clear title to the property and it is highly recommended that you contact an attorney for advice before you bid on a property. The Hardin County Sheriff's Office cannot give legal advice. All sales are "buyer beware."
