The Board of Adjustment hold regular meetings on the third Monday of the month at 7:30pm when there is business to be conducted. Meetings are held at the Engineer's Office in Eldora, Iowa. Matters considered by the Board of Adjustment are

• appeals
• special exceptions
• and variances

to the Hardin County Zoning Ordinance.
